This policy covers the private automation tools operated by Doreatha Page under shecreates.dev, including an internal workflow app that connects to Gmail.

What the app does

The app is used only by its owner. It connects to the owner's own Gmail account to send workflow notification and approval emails (for example, asking the owner to approve or reject content before it is published). It is not offered to the public.

What data is accessed

The app uses Google's Gmail API to send messages from the owner's account and to receive the owner's approval responses. It does not read, collect, or analyze other emails for any other purpose.

How data is stored and shared

Access tokens are stored securely on the owner's private server. No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and no data is used for advertising.

Google API data

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access

Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
